out-sourcing : Is the situation where you seek help from outside of your organisation. For example you are a manufacturing company. After various project appraisals, you find out producing one of the components of your product is not profitable and might reduce your profit margin. You may find out that ordering them to another company will be much cheaper than when you were producing it. This is what we technically call it OUTSOURCING.
