I assume what Haniyeh means is that we can illustrate some words or phrases which are apart from formal language.
We all face them a lot in our day to day life.

For example consider the word "hey".

What is hey? Is it formal? For sure, it is not formal.

I remember in one another Forum I used to use this word at the beginning of my comments.
Some of the guys there were bothered by that, because they were thinking about HEY in Farsi.
:-)

Now I think we can start our discussion regarding informal phrases to start a conversation.
